The brewery process units and plants are frame mounted, pre-assembled and pre-tested, with their own automation. After installation and connection into the brewery production line, the process unit or plant is ready to operate.

Inotec production workshop is fully equipped to fabricate an extensive range of process units, pre-assembled and ready to operate. The machinery and equipment used in pre-fabrication allow us to build high quality hygienic process units and plants.

Brewery tanks & vessels

Inotec provides high-quality stainless steel vessels and tanks for breweries, in accordance with the highest hygiene standards used in the food industry. To fulfil the high-quality hygiene standards, the internal and external welds and surfaces are polished using automatic CNC polishing machines for tanks ends and for complete vessels.

Inotec is able to design and produce pressure vessels with PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0, EN 13445-4 and EN ISO 3834-2 certification.

The fabrication technology of the tanks is based on a vertical system for tanks manufacturing consisting in:

  • Automatic coil rolling, cutting and vertical welding system
  • Vertical weld coil grinding machine
  • Tank assembly, automatic circular welding and weld grinding system

The finishing of internal and external surface of the tanks can be done according to beneficiary requirements. The welds and surface finishing of the tanks and vessels is performed by automatic grinding and finishing NC machinery.
